Transmission of the virus in:

Person to person contact.
Person to object/material contact.
Airborne particles

Who might be harmed and how?

Member(s) of the public, the client or other wedding suppliers/contractors could be at risk of contracting COVID-19, putting them at serious risk of illness.

The videographer is also at risk of contracting COVID-19, being exposed in an environment out of their control.

What measures are in place to reduce the risk?

Following current goverment guidance on weddings
Follow the venue/premises’s Covid 19 risk assessment and guidelines throughout the shoot
Maintain a high level of personal hygiene
I will stop work, alert site/venue staff, leave the site/venue and self-isolate immediately if any symptoms appear
Avoid touching surfaces or any items, unless absolutely necessary
